Excellent, thorough. The service reps.took the time to explain about pests and pest activity relevant to preventing serious problems and infestation. Orkin has come through consistently. 3 different crew members have come and done the task each time I have called...either the same or next day. Have to give thanks to all involved. Keep up the good work. Professional and personable.
Good evening I just wanted to write a review and say your Techs that came out I heard they're very nice. I never met them since I always worked and my roommate who is at home and a good experience with them. The rep. that set up my service was very nice, but your customer services rep. that helped me last I called your company to get my account corrected or fixed approximately 8 or 9 times please reference the notes of the times, I called well what happened was I was offered a promotional rate of $40 monthly with a down payment and I set up Autopay but a little bit later after I had already received your services I started getting several texts saying your Tech was...read full review
