Carisa and Darcie are amazing. My mom won a free head spa experience and they were able to make the appointment so both of us could get it done together. When we walked in they were both at the front to greet us and were excited to see us. The atmosphere and decor is amazing. Carisa took the time to explain and educate on my scalp and how to properly care for it. There was no pressure sales either. From the scalp massage to the shoulder massage, heated bed and towel wrap everything was very tranquil. That bed is so comfortable I literally fell asleep. Whether you are having scalp issues or just going to enjoy the experience, I highly recommend.
I had such an amazing experience! I had no idea my scalp had so many issues until Carisa showed and explained everything to me. She was so sweet and the whole appointment was super relaxing and calming. I left feeling so refreshed and excited to try out all their products, can’t wait to come back!
Just had my first scalp treatment with Darcie and it was AMAZING!! Serenity scalp spa is peaceful, clean and everything I needed to pamper myself and my scalp. Darcie made me relax and my scalp and hair felt phenomenal! I’ll definitely be returning!!
