Carisa was amazing! I came in with a unique scalp condition, and she truly went above and beyond to help. She even did additional research after my appointment and messaged me with a referral for further care. Her genuine concern and dedication meant so much. The scalp therapy was wonderful, and the spa is beautiful. I highly recommend her!

My experience at Serenity Scalp Spa in downtown Temecula was white glove service!
From the initial thorough and detailed scalp consultation with Darcie; to the incredibly rejuvenating facial, scalp treatment and life-changing hand massage; to the final scalp analysis and blow out, it was truly a head spa experience!
I honestly thought the highlight was going to be the halo water feature, however, there’s a cool little surprise you’ll have to book an appointment to find out about, that took the crown for me!
