This was my first experience using Roto-Rooter, Joe was the tech who assisted with my concerns. He was extremely informative and helpful with all of my concerns. He provided excellent service and was very nice. Overall, great experience.
My toddler put something in the toilet and flushed it. We tried to fix it bought several tools and different plunger but not all of them worked. I search roto-rotooter and they responded so quick and communicate very well. Keeps updating me so i dont have to wait for long time. Its kinda pricey but worth it. They are reliable. Joe (Joseph) did a great Job! He found a lot of wooden abc toy inside and he make sure none of them left inside. He’s 10/10.
