I also have fine hair and a widows peak which makes extensions challenging. Izabela heard all of my concerns and spent so much time making sure the placement of the extensions was precise. I also love she custom colors my extensions at each eight week appt to ensure all of my hair (my own & extensions) match. Izabela also gave specific instructions on how to maintain my hair. It was a pleasure sitting in her chair. I have waited a few weeks after my appt to ensure I’m able to manage my hair myself and am still 100% satisfied.“

I rec'd a text saying the future professional was not available, to call so they could reschedule. I called and they said that they would put me someone else. When I showed up for my appt, that person was not ready for me. I waited 30 minutes, still no one. Then my professional came to the front desk. I asked her why she was not cutting my hair. She said that she was notified that I had cancelled my appt. That was not true. We never got answers as to how this happened. By the time she was able to get set up for me, it was 1 hour after my appt time. This was very frustrating for me.“
