I went in nervous and came out feeling like a completely new person 😅

Kristen is seriously amazing — super professional, quick, and makes the whole experience way more comfortable than you’d expect. She knows exactly what she’s doing and keeps things efficient without making it feel rushed.

If you’ve been putting off getting waxed, this is your sign. You’re in very good hands here.

My first time trying the Wax Zen and Kristen was absolutely amazing to me today. She is super knowledgeable and kind. We had a ton of laughs and my wax was fast and not as bad as I thought. I totally accredit that to her being a true pro in her field. I felt comfortable in her salon. It’s so beautiful and clean. I’m so glad I picked the Wax Zen. I’ll be back soon! Thank you Kristen!

Kristen is a wonderful waxer!! I was nervous but she made my brazilian experience super comfortable. I’m looking forward to my next visit. She uses quality products, is very knowledgeable & her space is so clean. If you’re thinking of making an appointment, I highly recommend her!
