We just had Joseph install tile in our 3 bathrooms. He communicated well with us throughout the whole process. The work was professionally done and we are going to have him back to work on the sinks and counters. Another review said "he does what he says he's going to do and more..." That was our experience too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing tile work done!
Moreno Tile is the company to go with! I interviewed several companies for my bathroom repairs and I am so glad I chose this company! I honestly cannot even express how impressed I was with Joseph his craftsmanship, work ethics. He is an all around stand up guy. He does what he says he's going to do, and more. He literally held my hand through this entire process. We had a leak upstairs that no one I called could locate- at least 6 other plumbers and restoration companies! I appreciate the expertise of Joseph at Moreno tile. Joseph took more than thirty minutes to examine photos of a crack that had developed in my granite countertop and offered two possible solutions for repair. He told me that the crack was in an unusual place and asked me to look under the counter top near the sink for the wood structure that may have become compromised by moisture. He asked me to inform him of my findings, and then he would suggest a direction he could take in making the repair. I really appreciate his approach to working with a prospective customer.
