Reached out to a few highly recommended companies to replace a poorly installed and failing floor and confident we picked the right team. We’ve remodeled every home we lived in and beyond the care for our home, quality of work and attention to details, one thing that stood out was the way challenges or problems were always handled promptly or with an immediate solution. My experience with contractors of all types is when something goes wrong or longer than expected you get ignored calls, brief texts back or halfway answers, that was never the chase with John and his team. We ran into a few issues like moisture in our slab, but John shared alternate solutions, ordered products needed and got project moving forward again each time. Down the stretch he answered calls, fixed small issues and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the quality of work. The floor was sealed, leveled, prepped and installed incredibly well and you can feel how solid it is under your feet. Highly recommend this team based on work, quality, communication and overall results. Thanks John! They were the most expensive of all the quotes, but also the most transparent and final cost was very close to what was expected.

Yesterday, July 21, on a very hot day in Hemet, my wife called me at work to say our AC had stopped working. I called Mike at Rizzo Air Conditioning & Heating in Menifee around 2:30 p.m., and he arrived in less than an hour.
Mike quickly diagnosed the problem, blew out the clogged condensate drain line, cleaned the float switch, and had our AC running again in under 20 minutes. The total bill was just $195, which I thought was very reasonable for an emergency service call.
My wife was relieved to have the house cooling down again, which made me very happy. Mike was prompt, professional, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend Rizzo Air Conditioning & Heating and will definitely call Mike again if we ever need HVAC service.
My insurance company assigned Major Leak Plumbing for a major plumbing repair for our home. This involved having to break through our foundation in two different spots and digging down to repair the drain line from our kitchen. It was very extensive work and the owner Larry, his son Larry Jr, and their employee Sam did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional, and as respectful to our home as they possibly could be for the amount of work they had to do. I will definitely us them as our go to plumbing company from now on and would highly recommend them.

Chelsea gave me an amazing haircut! I hadn’t had a haircut in over a year so I needed a lot cut off and styling and she did such a great job. I also, for the first time in my life, had very low blood sugar while she was in the middle of cutting my hair and I was worried and feeling faint. Chelsea was so patient and stopped cutting my hair and got me crackers and water and waited till i felt better to continue. She’s so sweet!! I definitely recommend this salon and Chelsea. Prices are very good too.

Best barbershop in Murrieta for both kids and adults. Maria is our go to barber she really knows her craft. My kids used to hate going to the barber but not anymore. The kids won't get bored they have toys and tv playing Disney and Pixar movies. Call in for an appointment or walk right in. They only accept cash but if you forgot to bring some they have an ATM inside the shop.

Just a side note - this isn't a mobile service, she has a studio @ her house. This wasn't a huge deal since it was located pretty close to me. Having an event on Saturday with some gnarly tan lines due to highly competitive pickleball games, I decided to treat myself to some fake and bake. The service itself is fairly quick. You get to stand in all sorts of robotic poses until you are coated well. Takes about 10 minutes for coating and then 5 to dry. I left mine on for about 8 hours only because I am nursing and didn't want my kiddos to get spray tan on her face. The color was nice and even and by day 4 it still looked great with no splotches! It's day 6 now and I am seeing a little fading, but overall still looking great - and no orange or streaking at all!

I went in for a big trim to cut off a majority of my hair and was very nervous about it because my curls have been apart of my identity! My stylist, Kaylee, was amazing though in comforting me, walking me through the process, and giving me tips and advice! On top of doing an amazing job! I think she is the best stylist that’s ever done my hair! Definitely recommend this saloon and will probably be coming back for their scalp treatment because my hair has never felt better and after weeks of a fading confident, Kaylee definitely brought it back with making me feel comfortable with my hair!

I've been coming to Lucali Aesthetics for several years now. Dr. Lulic is BY FAR the best injector I've ever had. He is precise and so skilled, I barely feel the injections, and almost always have no bruising at all, or maybe a slight spot around my eyes which have always been sensitive and prone to bruising. I also got T-Shape on my face here, and I will be returning for that treatment as it really did visibly snatch my jawline for months! I can tell you that Dr. Lulic really cares. When my friend referred Jose Esqiuvel's Appliance Repair, I immediately called them for my dryer's issue. I made an appointment to troubleshoot the problem. Within 2 minutes, he was able to identify the problem. He told us that in two days, he will be back to fix the dryer. I due time, he replaced the needed parts with pride. He tested the equipment and it was running just like a brand new dryer. Jose is very knowledgeable and courteous to the customers. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and families for any appliances repair. With out doubt, He will be my number one repairman for any appliances that will break from this time on. Updated review: my family first used Silver Olas in 2013 when our residence in San Diego flooded and they came out and headed up the restoration and did a 5-star job. Now we live in French Valley and I was thrilled to see that they do tile cleaning in my area and that it was Jimmy himself who came out to do the cleaning.
I will say that the cleaning was considerably more expensive what we've paid the past two years we've had the tile cleaned ($800 vs $350 for about $850 sq ft of tile) but Jimmy and his helper did an extraordinarily thorough job. They were on time and polite. They put down felt blankets to protect the laminate flooring that they weren't cleaning and wall corner protectors. They used fans to dry the floor (though it gave me PTSD flashbacks from our flood restoration!), and did some sort of process to impregnate the grout with sealer, the lack of which was one of my biggest complaints with cheaper tile cleaners. He also took time at the end of the cleaning to discuss with me the best methods for keeping my large expanses of tile clean, which I very much appreciated.

Reached out to a few highly recommended companies to replace a poorly installed and failing floor and confident we picked the right team. We’ve remodeled every home we lived in and beyond the care for our home, quality of work and attention to details, one thing that stood out was the way challenges or problems were always handled promptly or with an immediate solution. My experience with contractors of all types is when something goes wrong or longer than expected you get ignored calls, brief texts back or halfway answers, that was never the chase with John and his team. We ran into a few issues like moisture in our slab, but John shared alternate solutions, ordered products needed and got project moving forward again each time. Down the stretch he answered calls, fixed small issues and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the quality of work. The floor was sealed, leveled, prepped and installed incredibly well and you can feel how solid it is under your feet. Highly recommend this team based on work, quality, communication and overall results. Thanks John! They were the most expensive of all the quotes, but also the most transparent and final cost was very close to what was expected.

This was such a great experience and the service was great! Eduardo came over and looked at our palapa and then provided an estimate. Once we decided to proceed he told us the date that was available and we took it. The crew showed up on time and pretty much disassembled everything and rebuilt it with stronger wood. We went with a weatherproof synthetic thatch and we are glad we did. All in all the team did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend the Palapa Guy!!!

having multiple horses that I race endurance led me to Dr. Hoge. He is treating my horses and got them back on the circuit every time. He takes the time to explain to me and my Ferrier what’s needed. My ponies are gone 50 miles a day to 100 miles a day during a ride. Often over multiple days in a row. Over the past few I have Dr. Hoge and his team to keep my ponies physically at their optimum level of performance. I would recommend Dr. Hoge and his team to anyone that has equine athletes and wants to keep them at the top level of their sport.

A couple years ago our usual vet couldn't see us for over a month (our dog was bitten by a neighbor's dog). When I called Murrieta Family Pet Hospital, they made room in their schedule and saw us that afternoon. Since then, we've been going back and have had great service (vaccines, general health things). I really appreciate the time Dr. Post (and his team) take with us. I never feel rushed and they lay out all tests and things they can do to treat whatever the issue is, without any pressure if I choose to forego some of the options. Took my cat in for some blood work and an exam. The office smelled good and was very clean. Dr. Ishikane did a great job with my cat and was very knowledgeable of my cats condition which was a relief. Cheyenne was my room nurse, she was so kind and helpful as well. Ashley, a technician there, referred me and it was a very great experience for me and my cat. Sarah and the other woman working at the front were amazing too. Thank you to the whole team! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I’m new to Murrieta and needed to find a new groomer for my dog. I came across Nichol’s Loving Cuts on Google and decided to give them a try since they’re close to home. I’m so glad I did!
The whole appointment took about two hours, which is so much quicker than my previous groomer, and they did exactly what I asked for. My dog looks amazing — clean, trimmed perfectly, and happy.

An amazing experience!!!!! My Teddy loved his cut! He loved her too and was jumping all over trying to play after she was done. She made him look very handsome and listened to what we wanted as far as his cut and how short we wanted to go for the summer. She was very responsive and great customer service! Highly recommend her and we will definitely be booking with her again.

Tommy is the best massage therapist out there. I have scar tissue in my back and sciatica, and he is able to cater the massage to exactly where it hurts and help ease the pain. His massages have helped my back pain tremendously and I now go to him every month. Highly recommend!

Just what my back needed! After a car accident two years ago, my ribs and shoulder hasn’t been the same. Doctors and chiropractors haven’t been able to help with the pain. I booked a 1 hour fascia release massage and Alicia knew just what points to target. I wish I had done this sooner! I will be coming back for the hot cupping and more. So glad I did this!
I’ve never had a buccal massage before to compare, but the overall experience is THE best experience I’ve had for any facial massage I’ve had in my lifetime..and I’ve had many. The buccal massage really helped loosen the tightness in my jaw and my neck with noticeable change the days after. I felt amazing leaving the studio and can’t wait for my next appointment.
I went to Kanjana Thai Massage because I was dealing with a lot of neck and upper back pain, and Kanjana did an amazing job. She was very kind, professional, and really listened when I explained where I was feeling the most tension.
She focused a lot on my neck, shoulders, and upper back, and used a combination of deep pressure and stretching that really helped loosen everything up. You can tell she’s very experienced with Thai massage.
By the time I left, my neck and upper back felt significantly better and much more relaxed. If you’re dealing with tension or pain in those areas, I definitely recommend seeing Kanjana.

Therapy here is 5 stars! Front desk staff Melinda and Maria are very professional and provide excellent communication with parents - I always get a call back within a timely matter, text me as soon as a make up date is available and let me know if changes need to be made to the schedule (if therapist calls out). Lobby is clean and inside therapy areas are impeccably clean. Facility is bigger than what we are used to which is better because they provide a lot of options. My son comes in for OT with Kyli and she's amazing with him! Kyli is the best OT we've had encountered thus far. She does very well with him. She's not only worked on fine, gross motor skills but also picky eating amongst other things. We've seen a lot of improvement since he's started OT at Carrico with Kyli. Gym area is pretty big and is my son favorite area. All he wants to do is "play."

I have so much to say about Healing Arts, with Dr. Dao, and all of it is good! I felt so comfortable with Dr. Dao and I am confident that she can help me with my concerns. If you want a quick fix to a certain problem, then this place is not for you. Dr. Dao does a COMPREHENSIVE assessment and explores the deeper causes of a certain issues, and works from that point out. This is not a one and done appointment. I am a breast cancer survivor and I have been a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years, and have never experienced this type of treatment modality, in all my experience as a patient and a nurse. I am absolutely fascinated with this type of approach and her explanations, all makes sense. I have always been a traditional medicine type of person, but, open to alternative therapies and medicines. I don't know why I waited so long to add this type of wellness therapy, into my life. I'm so glad I did. My first visit with Dr. Dao was an hour and a half...who does that??! Along with the initial consultation, I received acupuncture and cupping...all first time experiences for me.
