I had a great experience working with Advantage Grading and Engineering The very knowledgable owner, Jerry, met with me at the site, and analyzed all the available options for my lot and together we came up with the best solution that suited my needs. My project involved removing of hillside soil, grading, pad compaction and drainage. My assigned foreman was very knowledgeable in the planning/execution of my project and regularly initiated communication with my Soils Engineer. Also, I personally observed the high level of skill the heavy equipment operators have while working efficiently and safely alongside other team members in very confined spaces on my lot. Lastly, the owner Mr. Russell stands by his teams work 100%.
