Customer service and building customer relationships is so important. It’s it’s a lost treasure a big corporations these days but chivalry is not dead with Machado Jerry step aside scheduled. It was here on time found a couple issues. It was addressed taken care of report was in and my refi is on track. all those other so-called family owned businesses quit putting that in your slogan when you treat customers like big corporations treat us like a number and not like a person who needed something really bad and Melissa can hear that my Voice and went the extra mile , not because she had to because that’s who they are they care. They connect and it feels good to be heard.
