Had a great experience with Bill. Came out same day as called within 20 min. Our refrigerator stopped working. Bill found the problem & ordered the part needed. Came back few day later as planned with part. Installed part & confirmed it was working. Very friendly, knowledgeable & prompt. Best prices. Will definitely call him for future appliance repairs. Brought the part he thought needed replacing. I loved that. I always hear from contractors hang on like another hour while I go shopping. He was very knowledgeable on the appliance and didn't mind chatting me with while he did it. Will definitely use him again.
