Brought the part he thought needed replacing. I loved that. I always hear from contractors hang on like another hour while I go shopping. He was very knowledgeable on the appliance and didn't mind chatting me with while he did it. Will definitely use him again.

Prompt same day service. The man showed up in the time window that he said he would. Work was quality and the price was fair. The only caveat is that he can't process card payments so just be ready to pay with cash, check, zelle or Venmo. I would not hesitate to call him for future repairs.
