Not an old heater, this one was only 4 years old but they came out and navigated the warrenty process and put in 2 different parts the manufactuer said would fix it -- the 2nd on his day off! Called a plumbing service they said they couldn't snake it and the only way to fix it was to install another sewer clean out that's closer to the clogged toilet . They were going to charged me 10x the amount of what Able Drain & Rooter Service charged me. Able Drain & Rooter snaked the clean out and my clogging issue was fix lol“

I had a couple other solar installers quote the work and John's quote was significantly less while quoting a slightly larger system. So far the system has performed well and has the ability for me to monitor its production online and on my phone using an app. The workmanship is terrific! I looked at all of the other solar systems in my neighborhood and see conduit and the inverter on the outside of the house. J & M installed the inverter in the garage so it will stay cool in the summer and dry in the winter. All of the conduit is inside the garage and attic leaving all of the eye sores normally associated with residential solar out of site.
