“This place is great! It takes a bit to get used to the intense work outs but they're great and the post-workout burn is awesome. I subscribed to the fighter fit program which includes classes for kickboxing, powerboxing, and boxing, etc. Each class has it's own flow, so I reccomend trying them all to see which one you like best. I am a personal fan of the kickboxing and the powerboxing classes. Great gym,”
