During my visits, I have even overheard a nail technician speaking about how they are the best and encouraging clients to only come to them. As an elderly woman, I value a calm and welcoming environment, and this type of conversation takes away from the peaceful experience I am looking for. “Clarissa was great!! I had an awful experience where a tech from another location waxed off a good portion of my inner eyebrow leaving the gap too big between my eyebrows!!
