This company was referred to me by a leak detection specialist. Michael showed up and began to troubleshoot the leak which involved faulty Kytek in the slab cold water line to my kitchen sink. He was very honest and open with me about my options to remedy the leak which was significant. He was able to identify the line leading to the leak and isolate it and thereby stopping the leak. I could not be more happy with his work ethic, and communication. Should we have another leak elsewhere (let’s hope not), I know who to call.
I had massive water leaks in the ceiling of my home, due to rodents. I was completely stressed out and had already tried two other plumbers when I found James and his team at city water conservation. James came out right away and for the next week he and his team chased down every leak and eventually, at his suggestion I had them install copper pipes. They did an excellent job and practically held my hand through the whole thing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
