KHB Construction Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling

So I had called up this company on Monday Oct 23 and had asked for an estimate. I needed my bathroom demo'd and fixed because another contractor messed it up. The young lady on the phone, I believe her name was Hailey, had answered and asked that I send over the photos of the current situation with the bathroom. To which I did immediately. I was told by her that she would speak with her superior and show him the photos and that she would get back to me at the end of the day if not the next day at the latest. It is now Friday Oct 27....I guess their definition of getting back to me the next day would probably be next year. Would not recommend this business. Zero communication...read full review

Remodeling was a very stressful decision, but I was very grateful for choosing KHB construction.Our initial visit with Ryan was very professional, detailed, and he worked within our budget. I also was impressed with his use of technology in capturing images of the house. It made for a great before and after. The application “Buildertrend,” was also a very good resource to have available throughout the project.The second visit was even more than I could have hoped. KHB Construction did an extensive kitchen remodel, master bath remodel and master bedroom addition to my childhood home. Everyone involved in the project was professional, courteous, and easy to work with, and the three month project was completed on time!The designer, Kerriann, helped make the vision in my head even better, and a big thank you to Doug, my project manager, for addressing my concerns and questions!I am very happy with my new old home!Services: Kitchen countertop installation
