“**Update:** After posting my original review, Pholy reached out personally and offered to make things right. She made and delivered a new complimentary arrangement for my mom, and the new bouquet was much better. I really appreciate her kindness, effort, and willingness to fix the situation.

Original review: I ordered Teleflora’s Gerbera Brights, and they called to let me know they only had the red ones. I said that was fine, but I was still expecting the arrangement to be similar to what the images showed. Unfortunately, the first arrangement was not what I expected and was not in the right vase.“
