For anyone in the Modesto area looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Kyle. I went to his gym for help in healing from a lower back injury (herniated disc) I incurred at work (I’m an RN). I needed help from a professional to get my strength back, and to also make sure I was doing certain exercises correctly at my gym, as well as which ones to avoid so as not to further irritate the area. Kyle was very thorough in his assessment, and extremely helpful in putting together an appropriate plan for me. It was exactly what I needed to get back on track, and I’ll be forever grateful. If I lived closer (or was still working closer to his gym), I’d be continuing to be a client of his. Thanks again, Kyle!!

Almost a year ago my dog suffered what was diagnosed as a type of stroke. I only ended up at sisk because it was the closest to my home in my emergency. That being said, the entire staff was beyond empathetic, understanding, making what I was thinking would be my dogs last day. Thankfully he slowly came out of it and has made almost a full recovery. The Dr. was extremely explanatory in options and continued care. For this reason, I will be taking him back for an ear issue he's continued to have that the seemingly "top clinic" in Escalon couldn't seem to get a handle on.
Carrie is an amazing trainer and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Her work with my reactive dog is proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks!
Makeba has helped me change my life. I have lost over 25lbs and numerous inches. I am healthier in my mid-60’s than I have ever been. She works one-on-one with me, challenging and celebrating successes. And on days when I am unable to make it into the gym, she comes to me via zoom! And she offers great gym challenges ?

Our experience has been incredible Kyle and Jason and there team knock it out the park. We absolutely love the pool. Kyle work with us and was awesome and patient through all our redesign and changes to our future oasis.
He literally helped us see the vision for our oasis and it came out amazing.
