“Had some issues with the install, that dragged out the process considerably longer than it should have taken (one week job lasted 76 days). Your experience will be 100% dependent on the installer, so remain in contact with the Flooring Liquidators team. Despite several issues during the install, the FL team worked with us to get them corrected. Be vocal with the installer, and if they're doing things wrong, let the FL team know. In the end, great looking floor. Took a lot longer than we had hoped, but happy with the folks at FL and their willingness to help us with the installation issues before, during, and after the job. Manager had no problems telling the installer to tear out his mistakes and do it again, which I appreciate.“
