I had both sets of Smart Keys from my 2013 Ford Explorer go bad. I contacted Ford in Modesto that informed me that it would cost me $100 per key to tell me what was wrong in addition to any repairs. After taking the keys to Ceja lock and Key, Mr. Ceja replaced the faulty buttons and replaced batteries professionally all while I waited. It cost me less than the $100 diagnostic fee for get both keys working like new. Highly recommend Ceja Lock and Key!
Lost my only set of keys and they came out to my house and fixed it within the hour.
