“I have a lot of hair on my face from genetics, excess testosterone and hormonal changes, pregnancies, etc. I had laser hair removal (spent thousands) since my hair looked dark in most places, but it actually has red roots. The hair never once fell out with very painful laser treatments, and after the last time it started coming back worse. I was grateful that masks became a thing I was so embarrassed by my face.I was apprehensive about meeting Janet based on some reviews, but I've been going to her for six months now and it is my opinion that she is a dear, wonderful, human being. I like hearing her ideas and perspectives, some very different from my own, but my hour goes by quickly. I never feel judged, and I've never heard her say anything remotely racist (another reviewer said they experienced this).As for my treatment, Janet is compassionate and effective. I had so much hair on my face, it is now finally thinning to a point I can touch my face and it feels soft. I feel like a woman again.“
