I called Normac and reached a man named Eric. Told him the problems I faced with my Hunter Pro- C irrigation system control box and how my sprinkler system went off sometime in the past week of 100 degree weather. Murphys Law I was away at a wedding and came home to a garden turned into a desert. I was beyond disbelief and totally upset. Eric's voice authentic and clear. He spent over an hour working with me to determine the problems. We re set the controller. And, then the following morning I waited to see if system started up. Sadly, it did not. And, Eric again worked to trouble shoot the issues. Although the problem could not be solved, his calm, clear, instructions decreased my stress level. He gave me referrals for engineers to come to my home to look at the system. Maybe I need to replace. I would call Normac again, and if in the future I need supplies will of course go meet Eric and buy from him. Simply--- Thank you Eric for your calm and helpful manner of doing business. Really nice and courteous counter help. Jack from John Deere sent me over here. They seem to have a large inventory. Clean place. Knowledgable service. They are real busy...people keep coming band going, so they must provide a valuable service.
