“Fred Hill Mechanical has been our choice for plumbing and HVAC needs over the 35 years we've owned this 75 year old house. Over the years we've had them install a new HVAC system, a new water heater, and they've done the plumbing for a major bathroom remodel.Today, we called them out on a 106 degree day because our air stopped working. It was the thermostat, which had been installed by them a year ago. They replaced the thermostat and did not charge us a cent for the service call or the replacement thermostat. Their work is impeccable, they back their services and equipment, and are courteous and professional.“

“Experienced problems with heating unit cycling on at appropriate temperature settings. Service tech Felipe arrived before 8:30 a.m. after appointment was set on previous day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable; checked out rooftop unit, and interior thermostat. Thermostat was fairly loose on the wall, so Felipe remounted and reconnected the thermostat. Problem appears to have been solved. Troubleshooting and service call took a little over an hour.Services: A/C system maintenance“

“An absolute lifesaver. Courteous, professional, kind, helpful and on the job when you REALLY need them. 24 Hour emergency service. Mike is fantastic and so are his supporting technicians. When a company goes above and beyond for its customers it is worth noting and telling others about. The AC stopped working in the midst of a heatwave, at 8pm at night. To make matters worse I was going out of town and had a dogsitter coming (the very next evening) to stay with my two (very large) dogs. Mike answered my call himself, came over at THAT night and diagnosed the problem. He did not have the parts to fix it (we needed a new coil and the board needed repair) BUT he brought in his emergency crew and they arrived (before they said they would) the very next day. They got the AC up and running and even though they had to call Mike back (to deal with the board) they had it fixed the very next day. The price seemed commensurate with what was required and even if they aren't "the cheapest" they do excellent work and were THERE IN A TIME OF DESPERATE NEED. I highly recommend them for all of your AC/HVAC needs. I will absolutely use them exclusively in the future. Thank you, Mike for saving us from the heat and our (old) BAD, AC install. 5 stars plus. It's now 76 degrees and cooling down and we are so thankful for Yourk, Mike and his techs. I found out that he had provided a similar, critical service for one of my colleagues, the night before, so just another reason to call Mike and use Yourk.“

“They were wonderful. We got a split air conditioner to cool one room (it heats, too, actually). First of all, their quote was 30% under the other two quotes and their estimator seemed more solid and knowledgeable than the others. He suggested a very creative place for the outside portion of the unit. They did a great job, very quickly, very soon after we signed the contract. They cleaned up well and were very personable. I can't recommend them highly enough.“
