Normally I book facials here for my loved ones, my mother in law and sister in law live close to this shop and they love Cheri! I've had a facial with her too and it's been phenomenal, very calming, relaxing and exactly what I need for a day of relaxation. Just yesterday I was looking to book a facial and saw that a massage has been added to their menu so I went ahead and requested an hour. They got back to me via text within 24 hours and Abigail set me up for a 1 hour massage. My neck and shoulders had been bothering me for a few days and I felt a soreness almost bruise like pain on one side of my neck. By the time I walked out of the massage, the pain was completely gone! I booked my next appt for 4 weeks because I know Abigail will start getting booked up soon once people find out about her services at Pure Esthetics, she allowed me to relax fully, didn't talk through the massage only what was needed to check pressure.. by far the best massage I've had in a long time!

I had a problem with my desktop system not connecting well. Robert answered the phone and evidently had time right away to assist me remotely. My system had been losing internet service connection randomly for about a month. My internet service provider tech rep could not figure it out, therefore, they recommended Tech Heroes. Robert did some remote trouble shooting for about 20 minutes. He was patient, very friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue. I won't tell what he charged me......I'm sure nobody could do better. I will recommend my friends and family for sure. Thanks.

I have had my pool serviced by Pure Water for 6 years and have had only great service. I called them on a Monday about a leak near the motor and on Tuesday David arrived and repaired it. Nothing but good service.
