“4 stars if they pick up their phones. They do say in their message to text them for faster response. They do respond in a timely matter. It's just not quick enough for me. Overall, I had great experience with them. Also, keeping up to date with my dog. They take good care of her, and I'll continue to use their service. I'm just a paranoid person and want to triple check if my buddy is doing OK. I do recommend them“
