“We've been wanting our city tree seriously pruned (not crotched for power lines) for a few years and finally decided to pay for it ourselves as well as have tree removal or pruning done in our backyard. Arborn is certified to prune city trees so we gave them a call. Jose is a certified arborist and gave us good advice on the current "health" of the questionable trees and shrubs. I was hesitant to prune 2 30' tall podocarpus shrubs but they now look even better than before. This is a professional operation, he came with two large trucks, one was a bucket truck and another to catch the clippings from the shredder. Three guys, seven hours, excellent clean up and at a good price in our opinion. We will be calling for annual or biannual pruning from now on. Very happy and our city tree looks fabulous!“
