“So I had called up this company on Monday Oct 23 and had asked for an estimate. I needed my bathroom demo'd and fixed because another contractor messed it up. The young lady on the phone, I believe her name was Hailey, had answered and asked that I send over the photos of the current situation with the bathroom. To which I did immediately. I was told by her that she would speak with her superior and show him the photos and that she would get back to me at the end of the day if not the next day at the latest. It is now Friday Oct 27....I guess their definition of getting back to me the next day would probably be next year. Would not recommend this business. Zero communication skills and no response period. If you do decide to call me now due to this review, don't bother. I wish to not conduct business with such poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism.Update: Ryan reached out to me in order to fix the communication problem. It was told my voicemail box was full (I still think that’s a bit weird). But they were courteous in their communication and had sent Treena out to come give me an estimate and more info on what their company is about. Treena had an upbeat positive attitude which was refreshing. Unfortunately their remodeling cost, according to her off the top of her head, to fix my small bathroom would be around $43k. Really ridiculous number for a small bathroom. I can understand it if it was a master bath or kitchen. I politely declined as that was definitely out of my price range. The company does have a really nice offer regarding a designer for bath/kitchen. Their cost is $1500 to get a design up for you and show you the 3D model. So I will use their services for the 3D rendering of my other two baths.“

“Fred Hill Mechanical has been our choice for plumbing and HVAC needs over the 35 years we've owned this 75 year old house. Over the years we've had them install a new HVAC system, a new water heater, and they've done the plumbing for a major bathroom remodel.Today, we called them out on a 106 degree day because our air stopped working. It was the thermostat, which had been installed by them a year ago. They replaced the thermostat and did not charge us a cent for the service call or the replacement thermostat. “When I first solicited bids for grid tied solar, high pressure companies inspected my home and wanted to install solar panels on my aging roof, knowing that the roof would fail and require removing the panels. CBS inspected my roof and replaced it economically before installing a system designed to offset all present and future power bills.
