Two days later he visited our house, took measurements, and we placed an order. As soon as the order arrived his excellent team came to replaced an old carpet with a new engineered wood. His team of installers was excellent, professional and top notch. They really wanted us to be happy with their work. We received five different estimates, and Olympia was right in the middle price-wise, which felt fair and reasonable. One of the main reasons we chose them was their strong online reviews, and we also spoke with two of their past clients in Sherman Oaks who had completed similar projects. Both had only great things to say, which gave us a lot of confidence.

We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness. Too good to be true. Dr. O' Malley can save teeth that others want to extract. People fly from other countries to see this dentist. I have had excellent work done by him. It was expensive but worth it. Bonus, the front office staff are extremely nice. I have since moved out of state, but would fly back for dental work if needed, provided it is a non-urgent need.
I had been experiencing ongoing neck and shoulder pain for the past year which my regular doctor had not been able to resolve. I’m so glad I made an appointment with Dr. Gordon. He took time to assess my issue and provided immediate relief through a combination of acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic techniques. I am feeling much better after only one visit. I’ll be going back for more treatment as this really seems to be working!
I had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very efficient from start to finish. My microneedling with PRP went smoothly, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering the treatment.

Amazing services. My back hurt badly and I was very happy with what he did. Very flexible hours. I called 30 minutes before my appointment and was able to change it. He is also open on sundays.
I've been coming here for years now and I've NEVER gotten a massage that wasn't excellent! I always get a deep tissue massage and their prices are very reasonable! It seems like each of the masseuses have a different style. Some of them incorporate stretching, others more time on body (vs back), some walking on the back... so definitely feel free to give it a few visits to find the person who is the best for you! But everyone is EXCELLENT!

It's been my life's quest to find a credible chiropractor that truely cares about his patients, thier well being, and what the fastest way to get them back on thier feet and out of pain, not just concerned with my insurance type and how many visits they can squeeze out of me. (Ive been to over 20 different chirpractors through out my life) Which is what I found with Dr Newman. His front desk Marjorie is probably one of the sweetest most caring employees I've ever met she called in a special request for me to go to Encino Open MRI who was also understanding of my schedule constraint and were willing to take my appointment at the last min because i was miserable and was my only day off to take care of this they got me in in the next 30 min (thank god it was one of those wide open machines...I can stand those doughnut machines ugh) Sent my report STAT and had my results 2 hrs later just in time to make my apt with Dr Newman the same day?! Can you say "amazing service (I'm no sure if they want me advertising this but they only charged me 295.00 for it because I was short on money:) " They found out exactly where the cause of my pain was coming from. Oddly My lower back was the major area of pain, after examining me he did an adjustment to my NECK not my back ?! which was something I wasn't expecting but guess what it totally worked, i could only be compared to MAGIC, If you wanted to be treated as a human being with dignity and respect and not just a co pay this is your office
Dr. Ardalan is truly amazing. I had a pinched nerve that has been building up over several years due to work and he was able to help me out with his skills and knowledge. I felt immediately better after the treatment and cannot recommend him enough. Not only is he an expert at what is does but he is also very nice and friendly. He genuinely cares about your wellbeing. We always use D pet for boarding and daycare and yesterday used the groomer for the first time. She did an amazing job!!!
Truly my favorite groomer ever!! Estrella and the entire team at Barkin are incredibly kind and do such a great job. I’m sad I don’t live in Encino full-time, but anytime I am here to visit I make sure I pay them a visit. My dog is pretty timid, but she always seems genuinely happy to see the team at Barkin.

We’ve been taking Gogo and Mochi to Encino Pet Grooming for years and have always had a great experience. Gogo is a Maltese-terrier mix and his fur can get pretty unruly, but they always do a great job with him.
What I especially appreciate is how they handle Mochi. She’s very reactive and nail trims are not easy, but they are patient with her and always go out of their way to get it done. I know she’s not the easiest dog to work with, so I really appreciate the extra effort.
It’s hard to find people you trust with your pets, and they’ve earned ours. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to this Bikram studio in Encino since 2017 and this practice has changed my life. It’s one of the only authentically Bikram studios around, and you can really feel the difference.
All of the instructors are great in their own way, super knowledgeable, encouraging, and they each bring something a little different to class. You’ll definitely grow your practice if you stick with it.
The studio is clean, easy to get to, and yes, the room gets HOT (as it should). They offer mats and towels for rent, but I’d recommend bringing your own.
Parking is behind the building, and you’ll head up a flight of stairs to get to the studio, it’s easily accessible from the parking area. If you see the large white sign that says “Bikram Yoga,” you’ve found it.
If you’re new, give yourself at least 20–30 minutes before class to get settled and let your body adjust. And hydrate… a lot, before, during and after class. And breathe. Always breathe ?

I did lymphatic drainage with Aline and I loved it! I’m pregnant and I wouldn’t trust any random person to do it, but she was very well recommended by some friends. Not every lymphatic drainage massagist is knowledgeable to do it on pregnant woman because the technique has to be different, so I’m happy I found her! She’s very sweet and professional and helped to reduce the fluid retention in my legs.
Dana provides excellent service. He alleviated much of my chronic pain in just a 2 hour session. I look forward to continuing sessions with Dana and highly recommend his services!

There is a reason this place has a 5.0.... It's outstanding. I have been coming here since 2014. Most recently I started coming more frequently because of a shoulder impingement I developed from working out that prohibited me from lifting my arm above my head. It started in September and I didn't think to come to Amir until November when nothing else was helping and the pain didn't go away. After a few visits- the pain was gone and I could lift my arm again. I was thrilled but also sad because I didn't need to see him as regularly. But I go back just for the sheer enjoyment of my conversations with Amir. He can take one look at you, feel your pulse and then, come back with an exact diagnosis of what's going on mentally, physically, emotionally. I hope he never retires because I need him for the rest of my life.
