Jerry was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They came out right when they said they would, and did an excellent job. And the prices were great too! Can't recommend this place enough.

I am happy to give a good review of Archers Lock and Security in Encino. They did what they said they would do in a timely, efficient and excellent manner. I went in the store to have a key made and asked if they install smart locks. Jerry, the owner, said he did and asked me to send pictures of my door, inside and out. We discussed locks and decided on a Schlage which he suggested I buy on Amazon to save some money. His installer, Pedro, came on time, drilled new door holes and installed the lock which works great. They get a five.

Archers has THE best customer service. I left a message to get an appointment, and Jerry called me back probably within an hour. He was professional, very nice, and walked me through replacement and repair options. Pedro came to my home to fix the locks. He was like Jerry, very professional, helpful, smart and didn't talk down to me like a few service people have tried to do or take advantage of my need for help.
