We are return customers to A1 Carpet Encino. RJ (very professional) was relentless in finding us the right sample for our laminate flooring. Hallelujah, he was able to find the right sample. Xavier and his son Xavier, Jr. did an outstanding job installing the flooring. Xavier was very meticulous, professional and very friendly. We are so happy and our new floors look beautiful - what an update to our home. This has been a post long overdue for me. I would highly recommend A1 Carpet. I originally hired Empire Today, they came to my house gave me an estimate and I paid a deposit. The day of the installation the men came form Empire and said they could not install the carpet because the floor was tile and they didn't want to ruin the tile and after I told them it's okay, I don't care for the tile they still said no and left. Now the next day my mother in law was coming out from the hospital after being there for 3 months because of COVID. We needed new carpet. Both RJ and Matt at A1 Carpet are wonderful to work with. Responsive, professional and gave us great service. My husband and I hired them in 2018 to redo our hallway wood floors and we were so happy with the outcome that we hired them this past September 2020 to install the same flooring in the rest of the house. We are delighted with the results and it has really enhanced our home. Their installer Javier was professional, timely, courteous and did an excellent job. I highly recommend A1!
