01-2023 update: I did go ahead w/ Bianca and am very pleased w/ the outcome. I wanted a natural look and she did it perfectly. She was a sweetheart and was so kind and made sure I was comfortable thru the process. If anyone is thinking about a treatment, ask for Bianca and you will not be disappointed!

01-2023 update: I had a consult with Bianca and she was informative and explained it all very well. She wasn't pushy to do any treatment and answered my questions. I will go back to do the treatment as a result of this. Allison did treatment on a family member & they love her! The front desk staff was super nice & friendly.

2022 review: Valeria at check-in was super nice and helpful. She booked my future appointments and although they were running late, her politeness and good attitude made me not mind the wait.
Elizabeth conducted my treatment and was super nice and she too was very professional. My treatment went by fast due to her good nature! I definitely recommend the Encino location.
