Being a 16 year old printer (which has printed over 15,000 documents and photos), the OEM parts were not even available and I wasn't in the market for replacing the printer since outside of the pads, the printer worked great. Howard clearly broke down what needed to be done regarding rebuilding the maintenance tank to get the printer running again, gave a fair price and a quick repair turnaround.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Howard and his 5 star shop for future repairs.”
