I have been seeing Nadia for a few years and she is an amazing parto of my overall efforts in keeping active. She constantly surprises me in finding the spots that need work to relax. I have total confidence in her know how and professionalism. I am so happy with her services that I try not to let more than a a couple of weeks before seeing her again. Nadia is an amazing massage therapist! She is able to feel and read the aches in my body. She has excellent technique and knows the human anatomy well. If I tell her I have pains in one part of my body, she can connect the source of the pain on another part of my body. Nadia is a true healer! She also does great stretches on my limbs. I've had many different massages, not all therapist do the stretching part. The combination of massage therapy coupled with stretching is essential. She also uses hot stones on specific area of my body that are extra sore. After a professional Nadia massage, I always feel rejuvenated and empowered!

I would highly recommend Nadia if you need a massage. I’ve been to her a couple of times now and each time I’ve left feeling completely rejuvenated and calm. I particularly enjoyed my prenatal massages with her. My lower back was killing me and she really helped ease this pain. She even had a pregnancy pillow and made me feel really comfortable. She also has the softest sheets and her room is nice and clean. She also doesn’t has a set routine and will ask you what you would like her to focus on and adapts her style and pressure accordingly.
