Finding a groomer that cuts your dogs hair how you like it is tough but making sure they love the groomer can even be more challenging but Andrea is amazing! She cuts our doodles hair so well but to be honest, she is such a nice person and loves our dog so much you can tell when we drop him off he’ll be safe and enjoy his time there, Andrea is so kind with all dogs she is a fantastic dog groomer
I can only say that I brought in a ragamuffin & when I arrived to pick up my Gracie this gorgeous Best in Show HAVANEZE appeared before me! Thank u Isme👍 You did a beautiful job…don’t know how u did it? She doesn’t even let me brush her!!! Gracie & I are happy campers!

Going to a doggie groomer is new to me. I have had cats most of my adult life. Recently I have adopted an older dog named Bandit. Bandit does not like to be picked up and will even put his mouth on my arm if I try picking him up, so there was no way I could put him in the tub.The previous owner said that Bandit liked the groomers at the Encino Petco. So luckily, when I called, Isme C., answered the phone and she said "oh yeah, I know Bandit" so I booked the Elite package which includes bathing, nail trimming and buffering, ear cleaning, anal glands, teeth brushing and a happy good smelling dog.I have been so pleased with how Bandit was treated there and seemingly...read full review
