The Real Estate Slayer, Marsia & Eugene Powers - REALTORS
“Marsia Powers with Pinnacle Estate Properties is one of those agents who truly stands out—and I don’t say that lightly as a broker myself. I know Marsia through Hero’s Circle and our author club, and I’ve met her multiple times at events in San Diego. She’s consistently smart, prepared, and the kind of pro who tells it to you straight so you don’t make expensive mistakes.
Marsia is a California real estate broker serving the Greater Los Angeles area since 1989, and she’s known as “The Real Estate Slayer — Slaying Your Homeownership Demons Since 1989.” What I love about her style: she’s strategic and protective—dialed in on accurate pricing, proactive contract management, and clear communication, especially when deals get spicy with appraisals, inspections, financing hurdles, and multiple offers.
And because she’s also an author, she brings frameworks and education into the process (not just opinions). Plus, she and Eugene proudly lean into being the “geekiest Realtors” vibe—so if you need space for your D&D table, cats/dogs, or (yes) a life-size Dalek, you will be understood.
Bonus points: Marsia is the founder and president of Fandom Charities (a volunteer-run nonprofit), which tells you a lot about her leadership and community heart. If you’re looking for a detail-oriented, no-fluff Los Angeles / Ventura / Orange County real estate professional who will protect your money and guide you to a clean close, Marsia is an easy recommendation.”
