“I love Yu Dayi, and Anthony is one of the most caring, kind, giving and capable acupuncturists I've met. I went to Anthony with a very painful arthritic knee with lots of inflammation. I had tried so many different things and nothing worked. I was limping and could barely bend it, and was in a lot of pain. After 3 treatments, my mobility is much improved, the pain is less, and the inflammation which was swelling my knee like a grapefruit is much reduced. He studied with his master who has a somewhat different method of acupuncture--no electricity (thankfully!), and different points, plus some acupressure. It just works. I highly recommend Anthony.“

“I have sever case of tinnitus and seen several TNT doctors who had basically told me “ nothing can be done live with it”. I went to se doctor Dennis Elliot based on my son’s recommendations. Balance Within staff and doctor Elliot gave me hope- I have only been to 5 sessions, but the intensity has gone from 8 to 5 ( 0-10 scale). Doctor Elliot is empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable. I had to do an MRI recommended by a neurologist, and since I am claustrophobic, I went to see doc Elliott prior to the procedure and I was relaxed and did the MRI, and of course my wife and son supported me through out. I can’t say enough about Balance Within and doctor Elliot and will inform people who suffer like me to try acupuncture. Doc Eliot mentioned to get the max results I’d need to do min of 2 sessions/ week, but he never was pushy and only stated his experience with similar cases. His honesty, bed side manners is outstanding. He even called me to see how I did in the MRI today and that in my book is a sign of a great doctor. I will certainly continue with additional treatments and i owe the regain of quality of life to doctor Elliot/ staff and everyone at Balance within. Thank you from bottom of my life“

“On a Saturday I was in so much pain I could barely get out of my car. With a new baby that I pick up and put down constantly all day, I knew there was no way I could wait to do something about so it. “I am taking facial acupuncture from Dr. Kelly. I finished 5th treatments so far and 5 more will be followed in next few months. Believe or not my face lifts up! and gets brighter. Face line gets tighten and my eyes open wider. Since last session, I noticed that making face expression much easier!
