Kevin and his best crew did a French drain system in my crawl space and followed with siding of the house. The team were super knowledgeable and did a great job with 5 year warranty on water leakage. They completed the job with new stucco outside. I am very happy with kevin and Graceland and highly recommend.“

“We recently finished up our ADU project with Jonathan in Monrovia. We were very impressed with his assessment of the property during the bidding process. We had several contractors come out but none of them were as knowledgable about the code and requirements for completing the work. His estimate was realistic which was great for our financial planning. Not only that, but Jonathan handled everything with the city. We both work full time and the permitting process/working with the city was something we really did not want to deal with and were worried would require a lot of back and forth. To us this process went seamlessly as Jonathan addressed all communications with the city. All we had to do was visit city hall one time to sign some paperwork after the ADU was built, and even for that Jonathan addressed the hassle of getting an appointment set up.It was important to us that our ADU was built with attention to detail as the intended residents are my parents, who are to say the least, picky. Jonathan handled all of their questions and concerns. He carefully navigated having basically two sets of clients between my parents and my husband and I. He helped them pick out materials, was patient, and responsive. If there was anything that they did not like or any issues arose, Jonathan addressed it ASAP.We are very pleased with the results and excited to have a wonderful home for my parents to retire in.“

“I am not one to typically post a review but I feel obligated to do so as Brandon and his team at Nu Design provided me with a superb experience through and through.I just finished remodeling my first home and i reached out to 5 different companies to help me out with my kitchen and closets. I ultimately decided to go with Nu Design as I was most impressed and comfortable with Brandon. He was very flexible and responsive. When we met, he took his time to teach us about cabinetry and our different options. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without being pushy and try to close the sale. We agreed to then pay the design fee. Brandon met with us multiple times throughout the design phase to perfect the design by going over all of the small details and to create something functional yet beautiful that will serve my family and I for years to come.We then signed off on the design and put our project into production. Nu Design was able to turnaround our project in 5 weeks! Brandon kept me updated and sent me pictures of the progress during this time. During installation I had a couple of questions and a small concern or two, Brandon addressed all of them immediately. His installation team was very friendly, professional, and clean. “I was referred to Vick by a friend of ours in regards to a kitchen remodel I wanted done. I had never tackled a project like this before and was actually very intimidated at first. I contacted Vick and set up an appointment to come out to his shop to discuss my plans. He was very flexible. I being a mechanic myself am very very picky on who I like to work on and touch my belongings. When I walked into his shop to find him actively working and was very relived to find it organized. I discussed with him my ideas and he improved on my ideas by providing his expertise and professional input with design ideas and such, which I ended up going with due to the fact they were brilliant. I ended up doing all the demo on my kitchen, (Personal choice to save money) and setting it up for him so he can come install everything. He guided me on how to run certain things and where they should be and how I should leave it for him. During install Vick and his colleague were very meticulous while installing my cabinets taking their time to be exact and never doubted my inputs. During installation I had changed some ideas around and he was able to work with them building me an extra cabinet that wasn't on the original plan. Kitchen ended up looking AMAZING and all the little spaces of the old useless kitchen are now being used because of his brilliant ideas. I recommend VAV DESIGNS to whom ever needs wood work done professionally, cleanly and exact. Thank you again Vick!“
