We had an amazing experience with Ari from Floor Concepts from start to finish.
We had had a difficult project matching new engineered wood with old one. We visited his showroom and found what we were looking for. Ari has a large inventory of the best quality products.
Two days later he visited our house, took measurements, and we placed an order. As soon as the order arrived his excellent team came to replaced an old carpet with a new engineered wood. His team of installers was excellent, professional and top notch. They really wanted us to be happy with their work. Worked with Ari on a project for a condo that I manage. He was absolutely fantastic from the get-go. We needed to get homeowners association approval to install laminate wood flooring. He was able to quickly provide all of the required documentation to the homeowners association and we got the approval from them in only about a week instead of a month as they were quoting because he was so diligent at getting them all of the documentation quickly. Quality of the work was fantastic.We were able to lease the condo within eight days after they were done. Pricing was right on point as well. Couldn’t recommend Ari and floor concepts enough.
I highly recommend Floor Concepts, they did an excellent job at one of our function rooms.
