I’ve been bringing Teddy to D Pet Hotels in Encino for the past month, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Teddy absolutely loves his stays there! He gets so excited when he realizes we’re in the car heading to D Pet Hotels, which gives me so much confidence that he feels happy and comfortable there.
I really appreciate that they keep me updated with photos of him playing and enjoying time with the other dogs. It’s such a great feeling knowing he’s having fun in a safe and supervised environment.

I would like to say first of all this was the only boarding facility that I called where someone answered the phone. Second of all they worked with me on boarding my puppy there! They take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously, and they worked with me the entire way, as I am out of state in Florida and the Puppy was in California being boarded until he could be transported to Florida! Thank you so much for boarding Mr Kyle.
First time leaving our puppy at a pet hotel and we couldn't be happier with our experience at D Pet Hotel. The staff was very warm and easy to reach during the entire stay. They run a great program and update you with pictures throughout the stay.
10/10 all around... we'll be back!!
