“I'm in LA often and for a long period and I prefer to have my hair straight for low maintenance. On one of my long walks, I was able to talk to Sandy and she gave me her card to make an appointment. I did call and left a message to make my appointment. The owner's husband called me to set it up. However, from talking to her, she recommends to message her via Instagram @809dominicanbeautycenter for appointments. While I was there, my aunt decided to also get her hair done. She really washed our hair thoroughly. We opted for deep conditioning. Then she set our hair in rollers, blew it out when it was dried and trimmed our ends. She's a bit conservative about trimming hair and did a great job reshaping it. We had a great time. She dyed my aunt's hair. She really did an amazing job. I definitely recommend her. I'll be back when I'm in town. She is very friendly. We had options to pay:cash, credit and we took the Zelle option. This really worked out for us. The space was nice and clean. She has chairs available for rentals. There is a barber who also works here and that is by appointment. I felt the prices were reasonable especially for my hair length.“

I have very sensitive skin, but after the oil and toner were applied, I wasn't red just an hour later (usually my skin stays red and irritated for day). I am so happy with the shaping of my brows, which are not overly tweezed, still nice and full. Technician is very warm and friendly.“
