He took time to clearly explain the benefits of a heat pump matched with an 80/20 furnace, and the whole process felt easy to understand. The new system is running great and the cooling performance is a huge improvement from what we had before. We are especially looking forward to the hot summer in Winnetka and hope to see a big drop in our monthly energy bill. I was very impressed with the excellent HVAC service. Devin was our service technician, and he called ahead to let us know he might be a few minutes late because of traffic. He was very respectful of our home and put on shoe covers before coming inside. He quickly found the problem with our furnace, explained the repair in simple terms, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also cleaned up the work area, which we really appreciated. The whole heating and air service process felt organized and professional from start to finish. My hair was dark burgandy n i wanted it blonde i was afraid of bleaching it bc my hair is very thin and damaged but laura got it to the color i wanted without any damage, im so happy with how my hair turned out, been to many salons around that area without any luck , they over charge you and never got what i wanted done. This will definitely be my spot to go for color from now on! Great customer service!

Kim is the GOAT of hair color! I’ve been getting highlights for 15 years at different places, and she does them like no other. I wanted to get it done too often at first, but she suggested I get toning in between sessions to promote hair health. Others would just take my money and do it, but she is trustworthy! Be prepared to spend several hours there for complex treatments, they might fit in other cuts while you process—but the price and quality is best in town.

Had such a great experience with Lil Chaka! He tattooed my dad and me today, and we couldn’t be happier. We came in with an idea and asked him to create it in his specialty, American Traditional, and he absolutely nailed it. Both tattoos are incredibly clean with great line work and shading, and he worked quickly without sacrificing quality. He was kind, helpful, professional, and very sanitary. We had the best time hanging out with him for a few hours. We’ll absolutely be back and will definitely be referring friends!

They arrived at the window they had given me and proceeded to work on my back up issue with ease. Communication was great and even guaranteed the work! If issue reoccurs, next trip is on them! My girlfriend and I started noticing a very unpleasant smell coming from under our house near the beginning of January. It quickly became clear that an animal, most likely an opossum, had died in the crawl space. I called a few pest control companies for estimates, but UnBugMe Pest Control immediately stood out. Valerie actually answered the phone and scheduled a visit right away.
Juan and Osmir were outstanding. Juan went under the house, removed an older, dried-out opossum, and quickly identified that a second animal had wedged itself between two walls in the crawl space (between our bathroom and a bedroom). I was dreading the thought of cutting into walls, removing the remains, and then dealing with repairs and paint matching, but Juan and Osmir handled all of it quickly, seamlessly, and at a very reasonable cost.
They documented the entire removal with video so we could see exactly what was done, which I really appreciated. Juan also set a trap that allowed us to humanely remove a live opossum that had been active under the house. They then sealed the now-upgraded crawl-space gate grills professionally to help prevent this from happening again.
UnBugMe was incredibly fast, arriving just hours after I called, the pricing was more than reasonable and everything was resolved over a couple of days. Juan and Osmir were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with, as was Valerie in the office.
