“We have a house on the hillside in Sherman Oaks and wanted to fully redesign and modernize our kitchen and do it so it would take advantage of our great valley views. The job has just been finished. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more.We hired IND Construction. The quality of their work was first rate. The workers were invariably highly skilled, friendly and considerate. The job was completed on budget with no surprises for extras. Erez Shifferman, IND’s Senior Project Manager, and Allan Pineda, IND’s foreman for the job, guided us through all aspects of the renovation with skill and kindness. Whenever we had to choose designs, Erez and his team advised us well, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of this business. Whatever we asked to have done was done just as we requested. Whenever issues arose, Erez and Allan resolved them patiently and effectively.When a major kitchen renovation is in progress, there is a risk living in the house will become intolerable. Everything Erez, Allan and IND could do to minimize inconvenience for us was done effectively. The workers cleaned up carefully after each work day. We were surprised our lives could continue with a minimum of upheaval.We could not be happier or more grateful. Our high expectations for what our kitchen would become have been exceeded. “Great experience with Geo. I was going to have him do 2 jobs: fix a bathroom faucet and replace a ceiling fan that I thought was not working properly. He arrived on time and fixed the faucet quickly, then discovered what the problem was with the fan, so it didn't need replacing after all. He could've tricked me and given me a bunch of BS but he didn't. He was honest and charged me a fair price. Very pleasant to work with. I recommend him!“

“We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness. “I was referred to Kevin by a friend who had a good experience redoing their outdoor patio. My home project was fixing a leak in a basement room from hillside water penetration. Kevin and his best crew did a French drain system in my crawl space and followed with siding of the house. The team were super knowledgeable and did a great job with 5 year warranty on water leakage. They completed the job with new stucco outside. I am very happy with kevin and Graceland and highly recommend.“
