“Six years ago, IND remodeled all the bathrooms in our home, and I recently had an experience with them that truly reminded me why we chose the right company.
One of our bathrooms has natural stone walls, and over the years, calcium buildup and discoloration had developed. I contacted IND, and even after six years, they sent their supervisor, Sean, to our home to evaluate the situation. Sean was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He reassured me that there was no water leak and recommended having the natural stone professionally restored.
Sean then arranged for a company to do the restoration. Unfortunately, the first attempt did not turn out as well as I had hoped. I told Sean I wasn’t completely satisfied, but honestly, I was ready to just accept it.
Sean immediately said, “No, I can’t let you be unhappy with it. I want to make sure you’re completely satisfied.”
That really impressed me.
He found another stone restoration company right away and arranged for them to come out. Even though this meant additional cost, Sean told me there would be no additional charge to us and that he would take care of it.
The second company did an excellent job, and now our natural stone looks beautiful again. I am 100% satisfied with the result.
What impressed me most was Sean’s sense of responsibility and commitment to his customers. IND completed our bathrooms SIX YEARS AGO, yet they still stood behind their work and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. That kind of service and integrity is very rare these days.
Thank you, Sean, and thank you, IND! I would absolutely recommend IND to my friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again.”
“We recently completed a full home remodel in Sherman Oaks with Olympia Construction, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
We received five different estimates, and Olympia was right in the middle price-wise, which felt fair and reasonable. One of the main reasons we chose them was their strong online reviews, and we also spoke with two of their past clients in Sherman Oaks who had completed similar projects. Both had only great things to say, which gave us a lot of confidence.
From our first meeting, we had a great feeling about Ryan—he’s professional, honest, and easy to work with. That positive energy continued throughout the entire project.
This was a true full home remodel: wall removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, windows, painting, plumbing, electrical rewiring, insulation, and more. Everything was clearly documented upfront, and the project followed the contract exactly. There were no surprises or unexpected charges, which is something we were especially cautious about after hearing stories from friends.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt genuinely thankful for the experience and the results. Olympia Construction delivered exactly what they promised.
Highly recommended!”
