Got locked out of my apartment before a dinner. I called and was able to set up an appointment for when it ended. Ozzie was so so kind and helpful, and I was back in my apartment in a jiffy! He was truly so nice. I 100% recommend Ozzie for when you need a locksmith!
Ozzie is truly one in a million!!! He has helped us with several stores that we own throughout the city, including locks, safes, and many other security-related needs. Every single job was handled with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. He is something else!
I have worked with many professionals over the years, but I have honestly never ever seen service like this. Ozzie is reliable, very knowledgeable, honest, and fully committed to making sure everything is done correctly. He always goes above and beyond, and the quality of his work is outstanding.
Thank you so much, Ozzie, for all of your hard work, dedication, and incredible service.… read full review
I got Ozzy from LB locks and security recommended to me by a few friends and now I totally understand why. He came to my house in Brentwood to change the locks and also helped fix my safe. He is so professional, honest, fast and very easy to work with. You can tell he really knows what he is doing and cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend lb locks and security for lock changing, safe repair and any locksmith service you will need. Thanks again Ozzy.
