We are French and were on holiday in julian at the beginning of september. Visiting our cousins. With my son, during a hike in the hills, we were stung by wasps. We started to have allergic skin reactions. I was really worry about that. We went to the clinic in julian, and there was a member of staff, with a good analysis of our problem, she recommended antihistamines. She even accompanied us to the grocery store on the main street to be sure that we bought the right medicine. I do not know the name of this woman, but i want to thank her warmly. Christophe

I visited this salon after hearing mixed opinions from friends, so I went in curious but cautious. I booked a haircut and hair spa mostly because my hair had started feeling dull and lifeless lately. The stylist turned out to be very straightforward and realistic about what would suit my face shape instead of blindly agreeing with every trend I mentioned. I actually appreciated that honesty. During the treatment she explained how hard water and frequent heat styling were affecting my scalp, which made a lot of sense. The salon music became slightly too loud once more customers arrived, but otherwise the atmosphere stayed comfortable. When I got home later that evening, my hair felt noticeably softer and easier to brush through. It finally looked healthy again instead of constantly frizzy.

This is where I get my dose of self care! I leave here looking GQ as ever and equally as important I leave feeling recharged, fresh, emotionally lighter with my heart smiling. The second you step in the door you become part of the family and all the barbers make sure you feel as such. The laughs the banter the hospitality I couldn't ask for anything more at a barbershop. I have been getting my haircut by Lilyana at Kutthroat for years and am always so happy with the incredible job she does. Incredible fade and mini mullet skills. She’s also very popular for her braids. Book ahead of time because she fills up! Honestly, I’ve never seen anyone walking out of there without the kind of cut that grabs everyone’s attention. So if she’s not available don’t sweat it. They do accept walk ins and it’s a safe place to get your kids hair cut.

I always go get a cut from Julius and He’s awesome! His cut is precious and makes my hair style better every time. He’s pretty easy to talk to as well. He prioritizes clients want and at the end of you need adjustment he’s gonna fix for you!
Ok. I only allow one person to touch my hair and that Olga. I was in the Marines at the time so clean and sharp looking haircuts are very important but I was going to her since 2022 and now that she has her own place, I followed her. Her clippers cut very close to the skin which makes my fade look sharp, clean, and lasts longer. I only take my kids to her and one has short curly hair and the other is picky about his haircuts, like Dad. LOL. She does a great job with little girl's hair also. Olga and her daughter are awesome, kind, sweet, and service is fast and clean. I highly recommend this place.

Very good service, I took my son to cut his hair, he wanted a special cut and the barber did what he wanted and very friendly, many thanks to the owner Aurora, I got to meet her too and to the barber whose name I don't remember, highly recommended and I also liked that they are open until late, they close at 9:00 at night, the hours are also great for people who can't go during the day, this place is perfect apart from the good service.

Mike was the first to answer despite already working with a client. Mike called be back as soon as he was done. We went through options and his recommendations over the phone and as soon as we made an agreement, he went straight to work and picked up a new water heater. We met at my house just after lunch. Mike was polite and communicated well, his work was clean and even hauled off the old heater. He was done just as my kids were getting home from school and had hot water an hour later.

My home had a sub floor leak wich ended up having to remove a toilet and have floors redone in our hall bathroom. Insurance had the floors done and were ready to reinstall the toilets. We said hold on, we have our own plumber who will put back the toilet(as the flooring was done by subcontractors and did an ok, not great, job.) Martin redone the flange and the surrounding wood carpentry to be able to install the toilet properly and securely!!! ...I'm sure the subcontractors would have just dropped the toilet in and called it a day! MARTIN IS THE BEST at what he does and our family would not know what we would do without him!!! FIVE STARS!!!

I have been using Comforts Cleaning service for the past 2 years and they are wonderful! Honestly, I never write reviews but they have been consistently great through us moving out of our old house (they handled the deep clean amazingly) and then into our new house. The cleaning service is top notch, but also the communication and willingness to shift the schedule as needed for vacations, etc is so appreciated.
We hired Frontrange for our move out cleaning in Chula Vista and they did an excellent job. The team was thorough and got our deposit back with no issues. They even cleaned areas we forgot to mention like inside the cabinets and window tracks. The place looked better than when we moved in! Highly recomennd if you need a move out clean.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Martin and his entire staff. I had a seizure at work and knocked out/broke my three front teeth almost entirely. I take very good care of my teeth and this was genuinely my worst nightmare becoming real. Before even being seen, Dr. Martins staff was beyond courteous and empathetic to the situation and made sure I knew I was in good hands. After 2 root canals and some serious molding and sculpting, I couldn’t be happier to say, my smile is on its way back and better than ever. Always good Chiropractors and a variety, because each doctor has a slightly different method and strategy to help the patient. The sessions are fast but not rushed, so your time is utilized greatly. The wait time is usually around 5 or6 minutes. It's a great stop during the week! And no appointment is needed.

Receptionists answered all my questions upon check in & doctor Peter Rullan was AMAZING!! He took one look at it, told me what it was, got his tools out and in a matter of a minute, Wahla!! Magic! He removed it! Very personable, and funny. I walked in scared and walked out feeling very good about myself & the experience. 5 stars all the way!! I got my cat neutered here about a year ago. Due to the great service of my first visit, I came back to bring my cat for a wellness exam and vaccinations. I was nervous because my cat is a sweetheart at home but doesn’t do well with other people. Even though my cat was hissing and growling they were still being so patient with him. Dr. Dworak was amazing handling my cat. She took the time to give us some advice on his diet to prevent future health problems. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole service. We were worried because we didn’t know how well they would handle my cat’s behavior. The Front desk were very nice and the assistant that helped Dr. Dworak, was so sweet. Usually many people aren’t patient with my cat and are so fast to judge due to his behavior. That’s why it made me so happy how well they treated him. I will definitely come back for any more services my cat may need. This is a place you can trust! My cat means the world to me and seeing how well they did with him warmed my heart. After spending months earning his trust, I was finally able to capture a stray in my neighborhood and wanted to get him the vet care he needed. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to have a routine neuter because of an anatomical defect, but Dr. Bischel and her team were able to make it possible for him to have an abdominal surgery to be neutered as well as address his other needs as a previous stray. Throughout the entire process, everyone at the clinic was so kind, encouraging and took the best care of our Kedi, I truly felt like he couldn’t be in better hands. They helped guide me to ensure he had a strong recovery, and I am happy to share that he has grown into the sweetest, most affectionate and happy little boy thanks to Dr. Bischel and her team. I had the opportunity to have a massage and facial by Jeanette at Holistic Spa Palace in Chula Vista. First and foremost she greeted me with a big friendly smile and a genuine kindness. The minute Jeanette started my massage I knew there was something special about her skills and technique. I have had many massages in the past and this was definitely different. With me not knowing anything about her professional background she did a great job. This trip was a gift from my son and daughter in law so I simply went to enjoy the experience . Once we got to the facial the fact she used all organic products and she knew exactly what she was doing was also an amazing experience . I ended my day purchasing two of her organic Arroz con Leche soaps and they are amazing. I have been using them three times a week for body exfoliating. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed and the fact they are organic was a big plus for me. Once my massage and facial were done I read up a little on Jeanette’s Bio and it’s obvious she comes with a wealth of experience and background. I highly recommend her and she’s very personable one on one. Great job Jeanette, I will be back.

I was referred to Debi by a friend after struggling with severe hip tightness that was causing intense lower back pain. The pain was so debilitating that I couldn't even lift my laundry hamper. I was also experiencing sciatica, with pain shooting down my legs, and it had been going on for two weeks. Despite multiple visits to both a chiropractor and an acupuncturist, nothing seemed to alleviate the pain or make it even slightly more bearable. It wasn't until I visited Debi that I found real relief. She immediately noticed how tight my hips were and pinpointed issues in my posture that I hadn't even mentioned. She could even tell how I slept just by observing my posture, and she was spot on. After our session, I felt completely relaxed and, for the first time in weeks, 100% pain-free. I can't recommend Debi highly enough. If you're dealing with pain that other treatments haven't resolved, she is truly a game-changer.

He had no problem going to my areas of concern and returning to them when there was still something left to resolve. He is very personable and he took the time to educate me about what I can do at home to help take care of myself. Genuinely such a good hearted person! I suffered a work injury almost 2 years ago, and after my massage, I cried in relief because I have not felt this good in so long. Definitely coming back!
I had a foot massage here this week. I will say it started off rough- waited fifteen minutes for appointment, weak massage and not great customer service. I was disappointed and gave the feedback to the manager, Charleen. Let me tell you this is where it changed. The manager received my feedback and addressed It immediately. She offered an hour massage to have me give them another chance. I did and the massage was great! No one expects perfection but I was so impressed that Charleen handled it well, used it to train her staff and tried to make accommodation for me. I will go back.

A friend highly recommended Sora, describing her as the best masseuse at the spa, so I decided to see for myself. After confirming my appointment, I promptly received my reservation code, which made check-in quick and hassle-free.
When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is required. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He mentioned he didn't realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first. It made me appreciate how smooth and organized my own experience was. I appreciated that Dr Diario went over my past records with me in a knowledgeable manner. I also appreciated that he went over the epidural procedure with me in a manner that one could follow. He was aware that the ablation procedure worked for me in the past but at this point, because Workers Comp is denying ablation, he see the epidural would be an alternative until approval for the ablation.

Howie was a great instructor! He gave great explanations and directions, he was super friendly, patient and reassuring, and always made sure I understood what I needed to do and why before moving on. He made sure I worked on the areas I was struggling with like freeway driving, parking, maintaining the speed limit, etc. After 3 classes and also practicing with family, I passed my driving test today but I still definitely want to take more classes in the future with him as my instructor.
