I visited Marque Urgent care with my son the other day. He fell and hurt his wrist. I looked online to see who took my insurance and which clinic was close to home. Right when we walked in we were greeted by Cassandra and she helped get my son checked in. After submitting the paperwork, we were called back within 10 minutes of arriving. The nurses were very thorough in asking questions and taking my son’s vitals. We saw the Doctor about 5 minutes after getting into the room. His exam was thorough and his bedside manner was exceptional. My son got an X-ray and we were done. The entire process was fast and thorough. Even if we would have had to wait longer, that would not have made a difference, because the staff was wonderful. This is, by far, one of the best experiences I have ever had in Urgent care.

I went in to see Laura with an idea of how I wanted to style my newly embraced mature hair color, aka gray, lol. She listen to ideas, looked at my picture and I left with the best styled cut I'd had in years. Needless to say, I've found a new stylist and full service salon.

Lupita is an amazing colorist and does magic with her hands and skills. I have been getting my hair done for about 20 years with her and I moved to a different state and I still have to get my hair done with her. She knows how to make any hair stand out. She specializes in extensions and doing amazing colors and techniques with highlights that make everything look, blended and natural at the same time. I visited this salon after hearing mixed opinions from friends, so I went in curious but cautious. I booked a haircut and hair spa mostly because my hair had started feeling dull and lifeless lately. The stylist turned out to be very straightforward and realistic about what would suit my face shape instead of blindly agreeing with every trend I mentioned. I actually appreciated that honesty. During the treatment she explained how hard water and frequent heat styling were affecting my scalp, which made a lot of sense. The salon music became slightly too loud once more customers arrived, but otherwise the atmosphere stayed comfortable. When I got home later that evening, my hair felt noticeably softer and easier to brush through. It finally looked healthy again instead of constantly frizzy.

Listen if you live in San Diego and you have hair. There is no reason why you should be going anywhere else but here to get that hair did. Seriously though this barbershop is the one stop shop . This is where I get my dose of self care! I leave here looking GQ as ever and equally as important I leave feeling recharged, fresh, emotionally lighter with my heart smiling. The second you step in the door you become part of the family and all the barbers make sure you feel as such. The laughs the banter the hospitality I couldn't ask for anything more at a barbershop. I can promise you I will be coming back here long after my hair has disappeared. Like I said if you have hair and want it cared for this is your new spot. Even if you are already bald but have a nice beard these men will get you dialed in. Full service only here.

I always go get a cut from Julius and He’s awesome! His cut is precious and makes my hair style better every time. He’s pretty easy to talk to as well. He prioritizes clients want and at the end of you need adjustment he’s gonna fix for you!
Ok. I only allow one person to touch my hair and that Olga. I was in the Marines at the time so clean and sharp looking haircuts are very important but I was going to her since 2022 and now that she has her own place, I followed her. Her clippers cut very close to the skin which makes my fade look sharp, clean, and lasts longer. I only take my kids to her and one has short curly hair and the other is picky about his haircuts, like Dad. LOL. She does a great job with little girl's hair also. Olga and her daughter are awesome, kind, sweet, and service is fast and clean. I highly recommend this place.
Very good service, I took my son to cut his hair, he wanted a special cut and the barber did what he wanted and very friendly, many thanks to the owner Aurora, I got to meet her too and to the barber whose name I don't remember, highly recommended and I also liked that they are open until late, they close at 9:00 at night, the hours are also great for people who can't go during the day, this place is perfect apart from the good service.

I am blown away at Davida’s energy work and massage technique. I scheduled an aura massage and it far exceeded all my expectations. Davida was welcoming and explained the energy work she would be performing. She tailored the pressure to my preference and checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I have been living with chronic pain/discomfort from a large knot in my shoulder area for over a year and she made significant progress in resolving my issue. I left with a larger range of motion and less pain. I have been receiving massages monthly at other spas/massage studios in the area, and she is, without a doubt, one of the top 3 best masseuses I’ve come across over the years. I wish I had found her studio sooner. I’m grateful I found her and look forward to being a long time client.

Annie is so good at her job. It was my first time there an it was super clean , very nice vibe and relaxing music. I did a pedicure and she gave me a foot massage that had me falling asleep. I came across The Sugar Room in Chula Vista and I’m not gonna lie… I’ve been going here ever since. This was literally my 7th appointment and every single time has been a great experience.
I usually book with Jackie and she is AMAZING. Super fast, super thorough — my wax is done in like 10–15 minutes, no joke. She really takes her time to tweeze any stubborn hairs (which I appreciate sooo much because I deal with ingrowns), and they always moisturize you after. It just feels like a full, quality service every time.
The whole vibe in there is great too. All the girls are so welcoming and professional, and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do, which makes a huge difference especially with something this personal.
Today my regular girl Jackie wasn’t there, so I saw Kayla for the first time and she was the sweetest. We had such a nice conversation that honestly distracted me from the whole process. I would definitely book with her again too.
Also, their products?? So good. I have really sensitive skin and I’ve tried a lot of things that never worked for me, but what they use/sell actually made a difference. The exfoliating mitt + oil combo is amazing, and the PFB for ingrowns and dark spots has been working really well for me.
And let’s be real — $65 for a full Brazilian? You can’t beat that.

I love this place. My sister recommended this place for me when I was in search of help with my hormonal acne. I have really seen improvements with all their peels and microdermabrasion. The girls I go to are Evelyn and Ciara and they have been really helpful in also making suggestions on what I need. I also go for their massages, and it's one of the best places I have gone for massages in San Diego. The massages are well worth it, and they even have Happy Hours! The place is very clean and relaxing.

I’ve been going to Sam for years, and it’s usually a great experience. However, it’s really frustrating when none of my messages are responded to. My lashes are delicate, yet I’m made to feel like it’s my fault when my extensions fall out. I think it’s time to find a new lash bar.
Vanessa is sweet and talented. I've been going to her since she was at the La Mesa location. Her new location is even better because parking is always available. Vanessa worked with me in finding the perfect length for my lashes. She's also fast! I feel so relaxed whenever I get my lashes done.

Fernando and his assistant were great! He came to my home less than 1 hour after he was called for service. He had a very personable attitude and explained everything done in great detail to me. He even went above and beyond after repairing my valve issue by examining my water heater that had shut off suddenly during my plumbing emergency. He ensured I had hot water before he left my home, which hasn't always been the case for other plumbing situations I've encountered within my property. Other plumbers in the past, have fixed the issue they were called out for and nothing more. Thank you Fernando for all your help and care today on this Sunday afternoon ?. Superior service. Water heaters are always a short-fused problem so when Mike said he could have it done in a couple of hours, we had him start as soon as possible. He arrived on time and started right into the task.

Had a wonderful experience with California Plumbing. I reached out to them to have my hot water heater replaced. Their technician (Luca) showed up on time and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the situation completely and completed the work in no time. He even cleaned up the mess before he left.
Solid Company & Drains Representatives reported as scheduled and came with an attitude of getting the job done. They secured their ladder, hopped up in the attic and within 5 minutes Mario had determined the problem. He took pictures of the area and sent them to me on my phone. He explained each photo. Incredible! Additionally, he suggested that I get a specialty company to use special tools to determine if there is additional water damage in the wall area that they could not see. I really appreciated that suggestion.

I must say it is refreshing to know that there's still honest appliance repair companies around! Spark appliance and refrigerator repair is one of them! The owner, who was also my technician was fast on time and did an awesome job repairing my Whirlpool dryer! Did the service on a Saturday which was definitely convenient for me! This service call was $80 and as long as they do a repair, it's within the total cost, which was fair and reasonable! I strongly recommend Sparks Appliance repair to all my friends and family!!

Javier was great to work with! He steam cleaned my two piece couches, recliner chair and rug. I have a dog and a cat and was recently dog sitting another big dog. We hired Frontrange for our move out cleaning in Chula Vista and they did an excellent job. The team was thorough and got our deposit back with no issues. I tried other pediatric dentists close to home but none of them even come close to Dr. Cajulis & Dr. Estiva. I don’t want my kids to grow up because I don’t want to take them anywhere else!

I would like to Thank Dr. Wachs and his amazing Staff for the Treatment and Care I Received. Unfortunately I was in a Car Accident and did some damage to my Neck and Shoulder. The only problem is I’m a High Functioning Paraplegic with a bullet fragment in my spinal cord which most chiropractors will not even work with me. Within the third visit with Dr.Wachs was able to achieve a full neck correction on both the left and right side, giving me complete freedom that I have not experienced in SEVEN YEARS . Also the fact that he believes in both Western and Eastern Techniques. So Breathing exercises should be expected when visiting. He Is very good at helping you understand this is a team effort not just one person adjusting you and you continue to do the same thing. That’s the kind of Doctor I want to work with. Thank you for everything and I’m still going at my cost.

I had an annoying little bump on my leg and this place came highly recommended. Parking is on the street, so be prepared to pay those Chula Vista meters! I paid for 2 hours, just in case and that was plenty. I was in and out in less than an hour. Front office feel is very zen & the look is very inviting. Receptionists answered all my questions upon check in & doctor Peter Rullan was AMAZING!! He took one look at it, told me what it was, got his tools out and in a matter of a minute, Wahla!! Magic! He removed it! Very personable, and funny. I walked in scared and walked out feeling very good about myself & the experience. 5 stars all the way!! I got my cat neutered here about a year ago. Due to the great service of my first visit, I came back to bring my cat for a wellness exam and vaccinations. I was nervous because my cat is a sweetheart at home but doesn’t do well with other people. Even though my cat was hissing and growling they were still being so patient with him. Dr. Dworak was amazing handling my cat. She took the time to give us some advice on his diet to prevent future health problems. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole service. We were worried because we didn’t know how well they would handle my cat’s behavior. The Front desk were very nice and the assistant that helped Dr. Dworak, was so sweet. Usually many people aren’t patient with my cat and are so fast to judge due to his behavior. That’s why it made me so happy how well they treated him. I will definitely come back for any more services my cat may need. This is a place you can trust! My cat means the world to me and seeing how well they did with him warmed my heart. I am so happy that I made the decision to bring a stray cat that I wanted to take in to Dr. Bischel and her team! After spending months earning his trust, I was finally able to capture a stray in my neighborhood and wanted to get him the vet care he needed. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to have a routine neuter because of an anatomical defect, but Dr. Bischel and her team were able to make it possible for him to have an abdominal surgery to be neutered as well as address his other needs as a previous stray. Throughout the entire process, everyone at the clinic was so kind, encouraging and took the best care of our Kedi, I truly felt like he couldn’t be in better hands. They helped guide me to ensure he had a strong recovery, and I am happy to share that he has grown into the sweetest, most affectionate and happy little boy thanks to Dr. Bischel and her team. I first found Pride n Joy Grooming back in 2023 and I've been taking Mochi here ever since. It's been hard to find a groomer for Mochi that can actually cut his hair to how we like it. At Pride n Joy they always follow my grooming instructions perfectly and he comes out looking clean and fresh. My only critique would be sometimes its hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment so I usually make an appointment ahead of time when he's already there. But otherwise they are great!

I got a 50 minute massage with cupping and I must say that had to be one of the most beneficial massages I’ve ever gotten. There were moments of intensity, but my amazing massage therapist, Veon, already warned me on that prior to my appointment. This was my first time getting a cupping based massage and it definitely won’t be my last, I was able to notice a difference with increased range of motion in my shoulder after just my FIRST session! I definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether you need or just want a massage, you will be in good hands at Massage Studio!
I was referred to Debi by a friend after struggling with severe hip tightness that was causing intense lower back pain. The pain was so debilitating that I couldn't even lift my laundry hamper. I was also experiencing sciatica, with pain shooting down my legs, and it had been going on for two weeks. Despite multiple visits to both a chiropractor and an acupuncturist, nothing seemed to alleviate the pain or make it even slightly more bearable. It wasn't until I visited Debi that I found real relief. She immediately noticed how tight my hips were and pinpointed issues in my posture that I hadn't even mentioned. She could even tell how I slept just by observing my posture, and she was spot on. After our session, I felt completely relaxed and, for the first time in weeks, 100% pain-free. I can't recommend Debi highly enough. If you're dealing with pain that other treatments haven't resolved, she is truly a game-changer.

I had a foot massage here this week. I will say it started off rough- waited fifteen minutes for appointment, weak massage and not great customer service. I was disappointed and gave the feedback to the manager, Charleen. Let me tell you this is where it changed. The manager received my feedback and addressed It immediately. She offered an hour massage to have me give them another chance. I did and the massage was great! No one expects perfection but I was so impressed that Charleen handled it well, used it to train her staff and tried to make accommodation for me. I will go back.

I got the 60 minute full body massage. I was provided a room immediately, and the massage was so regenerative and relaxing. The massuse also used hot rocks and oil. The price for the massage is unbeatable at $60.
I would recommend Sports Performance Physical Therapy to anyone who is serious about rehabbing an injury. I worked with Dr. Brandon after getting stem cells for my lower back and the results I've experienced have been remarkable. I started PT about two weeks after getting the stem cells. I stuck with the protocol and about 6 weeks later started noticing major improvements. I live very far from San Diego so had to do the sessions via Zoom, which wasn't ideal, but we made it work. Dr. Brandon was awesome. He was very knowledgable, remembered what we worked on in previous sessions, asked the right questions, and made adjustments that worked. He also designed and updated a custom program, which I followed on my own. I was able to do an in-person session during a trip to San Diego, which was great. My overall experience with Sports Performance and their team was excellent. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but if I do, I wouldn't think twice.

I had an incredible 90 minute massage with Alyssa followed by full body red light therapy! I didn’t even realize how badly I needed that. Alyssa is so talented and really listens! Hey style is very intuitive and effective! The red light therapy was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. So grateful I had that experience. Only thing o would do different next time is book 2 hours instead of 90 minutes!

Dr Christie is freaking amazing!!!! She is so welcoming, a great listener & has ZERO judgement towards you. I took adult classes and never ever had experience driving a car at all but I passed on my first test! Doreen was my instructor and she was very patient and understanding I love her! When she knows which part I struggle the most, she would have me practice it again and again until I finally got it. I had loads of questions but she would answer everyone of them with some visual aids too so I could understand what she was explaining. She is such a lovely person it made the lessons very pleasant.
The office was quite difficult to contact though which was very frustrating that I almost went with another Driving School. They respond to emails a day or two so I stayed with them.
Adolfo was very AWSOME and kind I very much enjoyed and learned lots from him during my time in class it was a eye opening experience for me to see how to drive in the future and I still use his defense driving technique to this day thank u I’m on my way to get my license soon
For the driving instructors that come to your home my driver was very professional and I’m pleased he thought me very useful techniques that I use all the time
