Was underwhelmed with multiple previous experiences with a previous provider & his assistants. So glad we stuck it out & met Dr. Denisse. She's a warmer presence & composed. Working with kids & their parents is no easy task, but she's maintained professionalism in every interaction we've had. I place value in meticulous standard of care & great bedside manner equally, & she exemplifies both. Her assistants are also not brusque, which makes conversation feel less hostile.
