He spent time really focusing on the knots and tight spots in my back, working through each one and getting all those stubborn kinks out instead of just rushing through the massage.

You can tell he has great technique because the pressure is strong and effective while still feeling intentional. By the end, my back felt noticeably looser and so much better. You definitely get your money’s worth with John- if you like a true deep tissue massage, book the 90 minutes!”

I was disappointed and gave the feedback to the manager, Charleen. Let me tell you this is where it changed. The manager received my feedback and addressed It immediately. She offered an hour massage to have me give them another chance. I did and the massage was great! No one expects perfection but I was so impressed that Charleen handled it well, used it to train her staff and tried to make accommodation for me. I will go back.”
