This is my 12th month coming to this place and they seem to somehow always improve their customer service, products and amenities. The staff is always polite and friendly. They created a very relaxing atmospheres and they make me feel at home. I have gotten great recommendations from the staff and I do see myself coming back for at least another year! I recommend the membership option for extra perks and a great way to focus on your health.

I love coming here to relax and receive a facial. All the staff are so kind ! I've been here twice so far and I'm in love! I received the happy hour hydrating facial and the hyperbaric oxygen facial. Both were amazing!!! I highly recommend this place as a " treat yourself" spa. It's worth the price and the recommendations for your skin are so helpful !!!

I like to think I've indulged in a good amount of beauty treatments... yet my first Balensi Spa visit (courtesy of my MIL) blew me away.The ambiance upon arrival is incredible. An urban oasis in an older area of Chula hidden away behind beautiful iron gates. Peaceful spa music is flowing, you are greeted upon arrival and offered teas or water and a cookie, and the seating area has a waterfall and fire pit. The lounge chairs are complete with freshly rolled blankets for your comfort. I tried the Aveda chakra balancing massage. It was a fun experience.
