The stylist turned out to be very straightforward and realistic about what would suit my face shape instead of blindly agreeing with every trend I mentioned. I actually appreciated that honesty. During the treatment she explained how hard water and frequent heat styling were affecting my scalp, which made a lot of sense. The salon music became slightly too loud once more customers arrived, but otherwise the atmosphere stayed comfortable.
