I hired them to do move-out cleaning.
The boss lady came and inspected the house first to see what needs to be cleaned and how many equipment and cleaners needed.
Then 2 ladies showed up to do the actually cleaning. They were mom and daughter. They both speak Spanish but the daughter speaks English as well. They did the job great. My bathroom look like brand new and fridge is sparkly clean!
I cleaned most of the house before they came so I’m sure it was an easy task for them but they did the great job!
I highly recommend them if you need cleaning lady!
Sonia and Jessica came to do a move-in cleaning and did a fantastic job. We have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome and they cleaned everything top to bottom. They were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They even got hard-to-reach areas and areas that are often overlooked. The entire home is now spotless and we are excited to complete our move-in. We will definitely use their services for future cleans.
We have used this service several times and intend to use them long term.
Their last visit, one of the workers accidentally knocked down a canvas picture, and when it fell, it chipped the baseboard. It wasn’t a big issue but it was enough to notice and we wanted fixed. I let Theresa know (her workers had already told her too) and within a week it was professionally fixed, looks like new, and Strictly Maids covered the cost.
Mistakes happen, while this one was minor, I care most about what companies do to fix mistakes they make and this was done excellently. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone in the San Diego area.
