Andrew was beyond helpful. He came out the same day and treated my house when termite damage was found during remodeling. It was a time sensitive situation with the entire siding removed from the house. If he wasn’t so responsive it would have made the situation so much worse. Andrew came out and walked me through the process and what he will do and gave me information on the possible duration of the rodent extermination. He so explained his methodology for laying the traps. All this education give me the foundation to speed up trapping the rodent. The rodent came out in broad daylight, and I sprayed repellent in its hiding spot, forcing it out. It ran back to the kitchen and I sprayed its second destination under the refrigerator.
