Mike was the first to answer despite already working with a client. Mike called be back as soon as he was done. We went through options and his recommendations over the phone and as soon as we made an agreement, he went straight to work and picked up a new water heater. We met at my house just after lunch. Mike was polite and communicated well, his work was clean and even hauled off the old heater. He was done just as my kids were getting home from school and had hot water an hour later.
